On a diamond pendant, size is the criteria that changes the final look the most. A 1-inch 3 remains discreet under an open collar; a 3-inch 3 becomes the centerpiece of your outfit.

The metal is chosen independently of the size: 10, 14, or 18-karat gold for a men's diamond pendant meant to last, or 925 sterling silver for a more accessible first piece. In terms of finish, a white gold diamond pendant plays the card of cold contrast, while yellow and rose gold warm up the pavé.
The chain is not included, which allows you to compose the set freely. Since the bail is integrated into the 3, it receives a pendant chain directly without an intermediate ring. Two rules are enough.
The chain link must support the pendant without stealing the spotlight:

Use a soft, dry cloth after each wear; occasional bath in lukewarm soapy water, soft brush on the back of the setting, dry completely. Put the jewelry on last, after perfume, and remove it before swimming.

Yes. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, cultivated via CVD or HPHT: same hardness, same fire, a traceable origin, and a gentler price for the same carat weight. It is neither moissanite nor cubic zirconia, which are stones of a completely different nature. The same silhouette exists in natural diamond.
