The metal is chosen independently of the size: a gold letter pendant in 10, 14, or 18 karats, or the solid 925 sterling silver version for a more accessible silver letter pendant. The white, yellow, or rose gold finish is selected afterward.
The chain is not included, leaving you free to compose the set as you wish. Since the bail is integrated into the T, it attaches directly to a pendant chain without an intermediate jump ring. Two rules are enough.
The chain link should support the pendant without stealing the show:

Natural diamonds are mined from the earth and then cut. Lab-grown diamonds are genuine diamonds grown using CVD or HPHT: same hardness, same fire, traceable origin, and a lower price for the same carat weight.
