For an 18-karat gold letter pendant, the size is the criteria that most changes the overall look. A one-inch X remains discreet under an open collar; a three-inch X becomes the centerpiece of an outfit.

The metal is chosen independently of the size: a gold letter pendant in 10, 14, or 18 karats, or the solid 925 sterling silver version for a more accessible silver letter pendant. The white, yellow, or rose gold finish is selected afterward.
The chain is not included, leaving you free to compose the set as you wish. Since the bail is integrated into the X, it connects directly to a pendant chain without an intermediate ring. Two rules are enough.
The chain link should support the pendant without stealing the spotlight:
A 50 cm chain places the pendant below the collarbone, a 55 cm at the hollow of the sternum, and a 60 cm in the middle of the chest. The larger the pendant, the better it looks lower down. See Emir ICE chains and Cuban chains.
Alone, as a single piece. A chain, an X, nothing else: on a plain dark t-shirt, the fire of the natural diamond stands out immediately.
Layered. A short chain wearing the X and a second, longer and finer chain: the offset creates depth without blurring the motif.
Matching metals. Yellow gold warms up dark skin tones; white gold and 925 silver lean towards a cool, graphic result. A letter pendant necklace remains a safe gift choice: it carries personal meaning without imposing a specific style.

Use a soft, dry cloth after each wear; occasional bath in lukewarm soapy water, use a soft brush on the back of the setting, and dry completely. Put the jewelry on last, after applying perfume, and remove it before swimming.
No. The pendant is delivered alone, in its box, with an integrated bail. The chain is chosen separately, allowing you to adjust the length and width to the size you choose.
A natural diamond is extracted from the earth then cut. A lab-grown diamond is a genuine diamond, cultivated using CVD or HPHT: same hardness, same fire, a traceable origin, and a softer price for the same carat weight. The 1.5-inch size satisfies the greatest number: present enough for a photo, sober enough for daily wear. Move up to the 2-inch size if you already wear a heavy chain. All initials are gathered in the initial letter pendant collection.
