For an 18-karat gold letter pendant, size is the criteria that changes the look the most. A one-inch Z remains subtle under an open collar; a three-inch Z becomes the centerpiece of an outfit.

Metal is chosen independently of size: a gold letter pendant in 10, 14, or 18 karats, or the solid 925 silver version for a more accessible silver letter pendant. The white, yellow, or rose gold finish is selected thereafter.
The chain is not included, leaving you free to compose the set as you wish. Since the bail is integrated into the Z, it attaches directly to a pendant chain without the need for an intermediate ring. Two rules are enough.
The chain must support the pendant without overshadowing it:
A 50 cm chain places the pendant below the collarbone, 55 cm at the center of the sternum, 60 cm in the middle of the chest. The larger the pendant, the better it looks lower down. See Emir ICE chains and Cuban link chains.
Alone, as a statement piece. A chain, a Z, nothing else: on a plain dark t-shirt, the fire of the natural diamond immediately stands out.
Layered. A short chain carrying the Z and a second, longer, finer chain: the offset creates depth without cluttering the motif.
Matching metals. Yellow gold warms up dark skin tones; white gold and 925 silver lean toward a cool, graphic look. A letter pendant necklace remains a reliable gift: it carries personal meaning without imposing a specific style.

Use a soft, dry cloth after each wear; occasionally bathe in lukewarm soapy water, use a soft brush on the back of the setting, and dry completely. Put on your jewelry last, after perfume, and remove before swimming.
No. The pendant is delivered alone in its box with the bail integrated. The chain is selected separately, allowing you to adjust the length and width to the chosen size.
Natural diamonds are mined from the earth and then cut. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, cultivated via CVD or HPHT: they have the same hardness and fire, a traceable origin, and a gentler price per carat. The 1.5-inch size satisfies most people: present enough for a photo, yet sober enough for daily wear. Move up to 2 inches if you already wear a heavy chain. All initials are available in the letter initial pendant collection.
