On an 18k gold letter pendant, the size is the factor that most impacts the look. A 1-inch U remains discreet under an open collar; a 3-inch U becomes the centerpiece of an outfit.

The metal is chosen independently of the size: an 18k gold letter pendant (or 10k, 14k), or the 925 sterling silver version for a more accessible silver letter pendant. The white, yellow, or rose gold finish is then selected.
The chain is not included, allowing you to compose the set freely. As the bail is integrated into the U, it directly receives a pendant chain without an intermediate ring. Two rules are enough.
The chain must support the pendant without stealing the spotlight:
A 50 cm chain places the pendant below the collarbone, a 55 cm at the hollow of the sternum, and a 60 cm at the middle of the chest. The larger the pendant, the better it looks lower down. See Emir ICE chains and Cuban chains.
Alone, as a unique piece. A chain, a U, nothing else: on a plain dark t-shirt, the fire of the lab-grown diamond stands out immediately.
Layered. A short chain wearing the U and a second longer, thinner chain: the offset creates depth without blurring the motif.

Use a soft, dry cloth after each wear; give it an occasional bath in lukewarm soapy water, use a soft brush on the back of the setting, and dry completely. Put on your jewelry last, after perfume, and take it off before swimming.
No. The pendant is delivered alone in its box with an integrated bail. The chain is chosen separately, allowing you to adjust the length and width to the chosen size.
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, grown via CVD or HPHT: same hardness, same fire, a traceable origin, and a gentler price for the same carat weight. It is neither a moissanite nor a cubic zirconia, which are stones of a completely different nature. The same silhouette exists in natural diamond.
The 1.5-inch size satisfies the greatest number: visible enough in a photo, sober enough for daily wear. Move to 2 inches if you already wear a chunky chain. All initials are gathered in the initial letter pendant collection.
