How an order works
Everything begins with a conversation. You describe the idea to us, you send us reference images if possible, and we discuss it together: size, thickness, stone setting density, type of bail. We get back to you with a proposal and a firm price. Once the project is validated, manufacturing begins and takes an average of 3 to 4 weeks, as stated above. A custom pendant is not made in three days: the model is assembled, cast, filed, and then set stone by stone by hand.
