How an order works
Everything starts with a conversation. You describe the idea to us, send us reference images if possible, and we discuss it together: format, thickness, pavé density, type of bail. We come back to you with a proposal and a firm price. Once the project is approved, manufacturing begins and takes an average of 3 to 4 weeks, as indicated above. A custom pendant is not made in three days: the model is cast, filed, and then set stone by stone by hand.
