Why square instead of round

The square is a shape that frames the face. While round softens and blends in, the straight edge draws a sharp line at the lobe and responds to the jawline. On an angular face, it emphasizes; on a rounder face, it provides the missing structure. It is a graphic choice before it is a choice of brilliance.

The luminous effect follows the same logic. The four facets of the pavé reflect light in planes rather than a halo: you see a distinct sparkle when the head moves, followed by a lull. This flashing is what distinguishes the square pavé from a round stud, which has a more continuous twinkle.

Yellow gold: the effect on the skin

Gold warms things up. Worn close to the face, it adds depth to tan and olive complexions, and creates a sharp contrast on very fair skin. If you are already wearing a gold Cuban link chain, staying within the same metal family remains the safest rule.

  • Worn alone in one ear: rock aesthetic, very hip-hop
  • As a pair: symmetrical look, more formal and clearer during the day
  • With short hair: the shape is permanently visible; prioritize sobriety at the neck

Choosing your first pair

Shape What it adds Registry
Pavé square Structure, sharp lines Modern, assertive
Round stud Continuous halo, discretion Classic, versatile
Pavé hoop Movement and volume Bold hip-hop

Comfort and wear

An earring worn daily should be comfortable enough to forget it's there. The square format stays flush against the lobe, without swinging, which prevents it from catching on a collar or hood. Still, check the closure before heading out.

  • Remove the pair for sleeping and sports
  • Apply perfume and skincare products before putting them on
  • Clean with a dry microfiber cloth, never use alcohol on plated jewelry
  • Store in its case, separately from other jewelry

Frequently asked questions

Should a men's diamond earring be worn alone or in a pair? Both are common. Wearing a single earring remains the most common practice in hip-hop aesthetics; wearing a pair provides a neater look in professional contexts.

What is the difference with moissanite earrings? Moissanite is a distinct stone with more colorful fire; here, the AAA+ zirconia offers a whiter and more subtle shine. Both options can be found in the diamond earrings collection.

Ring Size Guide

To know your ring size, you need to measure the circumference of your finger or the diameter of a ring you usually wear.

Measure the circumference of your finger

Take a tape measure or a piece of paper, wrap it around your finger, mark the limits and transfer the measurement to a graduated ruler to know the circumference.

In this table you will find the correspondence between ring size and finger circumference (in cm):

Measuring the diameter of a ring

You can also measure the diameter of one of your rings with a ruler. Place the ruler on your ring and measure the space between its inner edges and the center of the ring. This method is the most accurate.

SIZE GUIDE: WATCHES

Watch sizing is generally adjustable. Here are the steps to follow to adjust your watch strap to fit your wrist.

1 - Step One - Measure the Watch Strap : To know how many links to remove, wear your watch strap on your wrist as you would like to wear it, then hold the loose portion of the excess strap to pretend they are being removed. The dangling links will tell you how many links you will need to remove first.

  • Take note! Try to remove the same number of links from each side of the watch to ensure the clasp remains in the center of the bracelet.

2 - Gather your tools. You will need tools to remove the links from your watch:

  • A thin, pointed rod or drift.
  • Long-nose pliers.
  • A small hammer.

3 - Prepare your work environment. Work in a clutter-free workspace to avoid possible loss of workpieces.

4 - Choose the stitch you need to remove. Use your pin punch to push the pin that holds the stitch you are going to remove.

  • Push the pin in a few millimeters and remove it from the bracket on the reverse side using your pliers or your hands.
  • Place the pin in your tool holder, you will need it later to put the band back in place.

5 - Reassemble the watch strap. After removing all the links you wanted, you'll put the pins back into the strap to finish the job. Here's how:

  • Place the pins back in the middle of the stitches you want to connect and make sure you insert them into the holes at the same time.
  • You can also lightly tap the pins using a small hammer.

6 - Try on your watch. Your watch should now be the right size for your wrist if you have removed the correct number of links. If you still find it too big, remove more links.

  • Keep any excess stitches, pins, and metal rings, as you may need them later.
