**Custom Pendant Creation:**
1. **Design Stage:**

- **Option 1:** You have a precise idea in mind, accompanied by a drawing, logo, or image representing the desired pendant. These visual elements will be used as a base to create a design that is faithful to your expectations.
- **Option 2:** If your idea is not yet visually defined, we can draw it based on your detailed description (e.g., "rose gold heart-shaped pendant with custom engraving"). This step is essential to translate your vision into a concrete design.
2. **3D Modeling:**
*A €150 deposit is required for this phase*
After validating the design, we proceed to create a 3D model of your pendant. This allows you to visualize the final result and make any necessary adjustments before manufacturing.
3. **Cost Evaluation:**
Once the 3D modeling is finished, we provide a quote based on the chosen materials. (We provide guides to help you choose the best materials according to your preferences and budget.)
4. **Production:**
Manufacturing begins! Generally, the creation process takes between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the pendant (dimensions, engraving details, number of stones...). The pendant undergoes rigorous quality control before being delivered.
5. **Delivery of the Pendant:**
⁃ We offer tracked and secure delivery, with signature upon receipt as an option.
⁃ We also offer the possibility of a hand delivery in a secure setting.
